OggConvert 0.3.1 is available in the Ubuntu “Universe” repository. If you’re viewing this page in Firefox and are using a recent version of Ubuntu, you should be able to install it by clicking this link:

Of course, you can use also any of the standard methods such as apt-get or Synaptic to install the oggconvert package.

Alternatively, if you want the latest and greatest version of OggConvert, you can get a .deb package here. Just click the link below:

If you want to encode to Dirac, you’ll also need to have the GStreamer Schrödinger encoder installed. The package name is gstreamer0.10-schroedinger, and like OggConvert it’s in the “Universe” repository. Again, you can use either standard methods like apt-get, or try using the following link:
